Reserve de Bandia
My parents arrived this past Wednesday to begin their first visit to Senegal & to see me! I've been having a good time so far showing them around my hometown, Thies, so they can get an idea of what life is like for me here. They've been spending lots of time with Philippe & I, as well as, my friends & CW teammates. This day we ventured outside of Thies to visit a nearby animal reserve, called Reserve de Bandia. Since my mom is an animal lover & likes to talk to any & all animals (much to my chagrin!), I knew that they would really enjoy this park & seeing the African animals up close & personal.
